Bath tubs care

Cleaning after each patienti

After draining the water from the bath, open the valves of the nozzle rinsing for at least 1 minute. If there is insufficient water pressure in the system at the customer, it will be necessary to first open one periphery, rinse it for at least 1 minute and then open the other periphery after the previous one has been closed. Rinsing can be performed using hot, cold or mixed water. After the specific time has expired, close the valves. Then spray the bath cleanser PANTRA 05 onto the walls of the bath so that the entire surface of the bath is covered. Leave it for 2 minutes. After the specific time has expired, wash the bath using the handheld shower. After the bath has been washed, wipe it with a soft absorbent cloth. After the bath has been wiped dry, apply the disinfectant Bannox Hospital onto the surface of the bath, not on the control panel, using the sponge. Afterwards fill the bathtub for another patient. After the end of the shift, polish the chrome control elements of the bath on the control panel. Any possible hard water sediments can be removed using a cloth soaked in cleanser Pantra 05. After the sediments have been removed using a damp cloth, wipe the cleanser and polish the chrome elements with a dry cloth

Bath maintenance once in two weeks

After draining the water from the bath, unscrew the caps of hydromassaging and micromassaging nozzles, the caps of suction baskets and waste pipe. Remove the plastic balls of the nozzles from the large hydromassaging nozzles. After that spray the cleanser Pantra 05, or in case of severe dirt spray the cleanser Aktivit NK into the holes. Leave it for at least 5 minutes. Use the cleanser to spray the dismantled nozzles and caps.

Notice:

Clean the nozzles, caps in a separate container so that the small things do not fall into the waste pipe, of which the cap has also been removed. After that, fill the bath with water. The water level should be about 2 cm above the most upper nozzle. Pour 2 to 5l of Aktivit NK into the bath and start all systems of the bath for a period of 1 procedure, i.e. for 20 minutes.

Notice:

Before starting the bath, the regulation valves of the air intake in the bath nozzles must be closed to avoid large foaming in the bath. If this happens, turn off the bath using the handheld shower with cold water and reduce the level of foam in the bathtub. Wait until the foam settles, check the closing of the regulation valves of the air intake in the nozzles and start all systems of the bath again. After the specific time has expired, leave the cleanser in the bath for at least 10 minutes.  After draining the water from the bath, open the valves of the nozzle rinsing for at least 1 minute. If there is insufficient water pressure in the system, it will be necessary to first open one periphery, rinse it for at least 1 minute and then open the other periphery, after the previous one has been closed. Rinsing can be performed using hot, cold or mixed water. After the specific time has expired, close the valves and check if the openings of the nozzles are clean without any sediment; if there is sediment, spray the cleanser on it and mechanically remove it using the old toothbrush.

Wash the dismantled components using the clean water and install them back onto the bath. Spray the bath cleanser PANTRA 05 onto the walls of the bath so that the entire surface of the bath is covered. Leave it for 2 minutes. After the specific time has expired, wash the bath using the handheld shower. After the bath has been washed, wipe it with a soft absorbent cloth.
